thermaltake smart fan II for cpu fan?

Hi,
Would this be a good cpu fan on an ax-7 heatsink? I like the idea of being able to change the settings, is there any disadvantage of this sort of fan(adjustable)? Any other fans that you prefer more than it?
I want good cooling with a reasonable noise level.

i use a Tt smart fan II on my ax-7 i love the adjusting. and it really pumps out a lot of air more then Tt says i think it's around 80cfm since it spins 400 rpm faster then it's rated for. and it's orange!!!!!!!!!!. not to loud either. myt temps are idle 34 and load 40 when i'm @ stck fsb
