Best heatsink/fan for P4 2.53

I would like to know what is the BEST heatsink/fan for a P4 2.53Ghz CPU. I'm looking for a heatsink/fan that does an outstanding job of cooling the CPU as well as being "quite" if I do decide to overclock the 2.53. Thanks.
