For an extreme stretch like you are contemplating, water cooling is the sensible solution, but if you don't like putting a water based solution in your case, then consider the Swiftech MC-462A. There is no air cooled solution that is any better, that is available right now. You will pay for that performance though. The good news is you won't need to buy another HSF, ever.
