Cant seem to get answer i'm looking for !!!!!

OK guys, here's the deal. I'm getting my FOP38 and some artic silver tonight.....I need to know if i apply the artic silver on the cpu AND the h/s OR just on the cpu...

tks in advance....oh yeah, i will be lapping the h/s as well.

Just a small amount on the CPU is necessary for good heat transfer.

finks right, you will also want to lap that FOP to get better thermal transfer.

Good choice on the FOP.Lapping it is recommended. Do the final polish with a fresh sheet of 2000 grit and a dab of Artic Silver for lube. You will be richly rewarded.
