Right now I have 38-43C idle, and 47-53 load. Stock cooling, I was wondering if I should get a new hsf AX-478? And if I do, do I really need a fan on it?

Yes you definitely need a fan on the Ax 478. It's not an expensive heatsink You can get it here (http://www.heatsinkfactory.com/cgi-bin/HFAstore.pl?user_action=list&category=ThermalRight%20Coolers) . They also have a good selection of fans here (http://www.heatsinkfactory.com/cgi-bin/HFAstore.pl?user_action=list&category=80mm%20Fans) .

Your temps aren't too bad but the Ax 478 would definitely bring them down a ways. I also recommend AS3 (http://www.heatsinkfactory.com/cgi-bin/HFAstore.pl?user_action=list&category=Thermal%20Compounds) thermal compound.

I got AC3 on already... And the temps aren't that high because of the OC, cause at default, it's only a degree or two lower that's the funny part

the reason i asked that is because some heatsink are made so that you don't need a fan on it. that's one of the reasons why they don't come stock with a fan. some actually need a bracket you have to buy separately, so i don't see what so funny.
