For the past month, my PSU voltages kept dropping and dropping. It got to the point where my 5+ rail was at 4.68 and my 3.33 to 3.12... This morning when i tried playing a cd in my cdrom drive, my hard drive spun down and back up. I scanned the hard drive and nothing was wrong with it, but it kept spinning down when i tried to read a cd. So i opened my case and i saw the power line went to my cd rom drive first, then my HD. So i switched it around. Now the hard drive spin downs are gone and i have 3.20 volts and 4.78... How is this possible?
