does this hsf have molex connectors to use one the psu???

the fan comes with the 3 pin motherboard connector type but you will need a converter to connect it to the psu as very few motherboards can handle the wattage of the delta

www.2cooltek.com has the fop38 for $24 and it comes with the three pin to four pin converter for free.
