need advice on hsf

Hope i put this in the right place this time.


I just upgraded to a XP1600 and ecs k7vta3 and i am getting a heat reading of 50 C w/o a load on the cpu. I am using a Volcano 6 with thearmal grease.

I am new to oc world and need to know what to do?

thread belongs into air cooling section.

what thermal are you using? no name white stuff?
go get some as3 and make sure that the hsf is mounted properly
