P4b533 Stability Problem

can anyone help me on this
i have been thinking about this for a long time
i have a p4b533 and samsung ddr pc2700 DTL
it reaches the DDR408 thats ok
but i gave the samsung to my friend to test it
and the max the ram could go is ddr415 with gigabyte 845g
so is it my board that is being not stable or what its wrong with it

Can you please specify what system you have. RAM timings, voltages etc.

You're getting 408 out of 333 memory. So whats the problem?

but its doing ddr415 on the other board

That is only 7 difference less than .5%

And did you swap CPU's as well? His may be faster than yours.

And the tolerance on motherboards components is higher than 0.5%

its not the CPU
it must be the board itself
its strange that i cant run my samsung to 415ddr
while my friends gigabyte 845G can run at 415ddr
i have a 1.6A cpu and the ram is limiting factor, with 1:1 i can run FSB 166 at 1.7v

anyone have any suggestion of what motherboad i should get if i had another chance
