Ok i think i have figured out what i will be getting, this will all go into an cheiftec dragon case and will be coolling the system in my sig.

Via Aqua 370 gph pump1/2"- 22.50
MAZE 3 -42.00
Camero heatercore -18.00
Barbs ~2.50
10 ft tygon tubing -26.50
10 hose clamps -10.00
Homemade shrowd ?????
2 sunon 120mm fans 108cfm 40 dba - 26.00
watter wetter

How does this look so far, i also need (if im not mistaken) a relay, some sort of bleed line and a resevour. I was also wondering if you think 10 ft of tygon is too much for an antec full tower case clone.

sounds completely perfect to me. you dont NEED a relay, they are just nice to have. a "T" will be your bleed line, and a valve at the end will allow you to seal it off. 10 feet is probably too much. measure it out yourself, and then add a foot or two in case you screw up. I fit 8 feet of tubing in my box, but i'm cooling chipset, cpu, gpu...

Tygon is vastly overrated, I use braded PVC tubing from Home Depot. It's stong, will take quite a bend WITHOUT colapsing, and can handle a high presures without blowing out or colapsing.

I'd stay away from anykind of poly block or poly topped block, I keep hearing about people with leaks, either due to failure of the poly or failure of the O Rings.

I don't recall any instances where a soldered block developed a leak.

Buy QUAILTY METAL HOSE CLAMPS, those plastic ones blow, and cheap metal ones strip out easily, leading to leaks.

Use a T connector and some hose as a bleed line, and leave some air space in the top of the bleed line. In a completly closed loop system without a bleed line, you run the risk of building presure up as the coolant tempeture increases and expands.

my 2 cents.
