VOS32 on Socket A?

I have a VOS32 laying around and was wondering if anyone has experience in mounting it on a socket A t-bird? I just bought an iWill KK266-R, and I'm thinking there won't be any clearance problems.

Any information and tips would be greatly appreciated.

I realize that Trinity Mirco http://trinitymicro.hypermart.net has two versions of the VOS32 for Socket A Mobo's (not KK266-R).
