Any Ideas???????

I just installed a new motherboard and processor, well as you can see In the sig Im using a Thermalright SK6 with a high output Delta 38 and Artic silver II. When I first got it up and running the temps were like 36C idle and 38C 39C loaded. Well after about 2 weeks now my temps are steadily rising anywhere from 42C to 45C IDLE. Cant figure it out any Ideas. I havent even started overclocking yet and with these temps I probally wont.

No the ambient temp is no more than 69F, but I will say Im in the Army living in government housing in the desert and I have a "swamp cooler not an AC (it sucks) if you dont know what a swamp cooler is imagine a giant humidifier sitting on top of your house.

Did you move the rig around or touch anything in the case or did it just sit there? If you move it around it's possible the heatsink vibrates and smudges the AS.

It could be a bit of dust build up. Maybe your case airflow is sligthly restricted because of it. The computer against the wall? Ambient temps changed? Put the heaters on lately?

I think Yodums is right, I took the heatsink off cleaned it and reseated it w/ more AS and moved 1 case fan to the front now 3 in the front and only 1 in the back. Now Im running 30C case and 36C CPU Idle.
