i just did a 3dmark test and i got 2215 with my current system in my sig. is that good for a geforce 2? man can't wait to get a new computer and get over 10k in 3dmark

A V7700 64mb DDR shouldn't be geting 2K in 3dmark. I think the problem is that your chipset is limiting you. Have you tried the 30.82 drivers? What are your settings, are they default for 3dmark or ?

I have 2 geforce 2 gts cards, one of them is the asus v7700 but it only has 32mb of ram. On my P4 1.3ghz I score 3500 and on my xp1800@ xp2100 speeds I get 4000...I used to have a tbird 1200 OC'd to 1350 in this system with the v7700 but I forget what it scored. Seems to me you should be above 3000 but maybe that sdram is holding your score back.

yeah it's definitely the SDRAM, can't wait to get my hands on a nforce 2, Xp 2600, Radeon 9700 or Geforce 4 Ti, and really let the scores cook

of course, with the setup in my sig (minus the xp 1600 and add a tbird 1.33 ghz...and with a voodoo 3 3500) i got 2700 3dmarks..so i was pretty happy with that, but i was using ddr, and a kt266 motherboard
