This is awesome. I just built my first system then did my first overclocking in the same day, I'm pumped! Anyway, here's some results.

P4 2.4B @2.7 18X150fsb Mem:4:3 using Mushkin PC2700 512mb

I ran Prime95 for 7 hours and had a max temp of 52c with idle being around 42c. I've got 1.6vcore and 2.6dram. I don't think I need that much vcore but it crashed once at 1.5 so I went nutty. Also can run fairly stable but crash during 3DMark if I raise fsb to 156=2.8.

Like I said, 18X156=2.8 can run windows but crashes in 3dmark, should I go more vcore? I'm kinda satisfied with what I've got, nice and stable. One more comment, my Mushkin default is 2.5-3-3-6, I set it to 2-3-3-6. Later

nice oc bud. but, you need to kill the 4:3 divider, maybe the 3:4 , or atleast the 1:1 ratio. you have to be gettin horrid scores at 4:3. your mem should atleast do 1:1.:D

ps, what voltage are you on??? mine does 160 on default and its oem.

Well, I've done some foolin around. Ok, I think my memory sucks. I can do 150fsb and 156fsb if memory is at 4:3, thats on 1.6vcore and 2.6dram. That gives me like 2150 in SiSandra memory, sucks. 3dMark is a tad over 10000. If I set the memory to 1:1 it will not do 150fsb no matter what, I even tried 2.7v. Shouldn't it work at that speed? I can't figure this out. I also wish I had more choices of dividers, using IT7-Max. Also, with everything at stock speed, I get 2740 mem. in SiSandra and 9640 3dmarks. Maybe I have faulty ram or something. This cpu didn't even flinch at 156fsb, ran Prime95 for hours and temps never went over 52c.

52C is high for my taste. I've had flakiness occur in the past above 50C with an old P3. Maybe a better cooler can help you.

check your cpu at the data base.:D

dont worry about the temps .. the it7 and it7max2 if that is the board u are using are reporting temps 10C higher .. get an external thermal probe and u will see
