disc read error

i just finished setting up my watercooling and i put my comp all back together and when i turn it on up it says "disk read error. please insert boot disk and press enter". i checked the bios and its not detecting any of my ide devices. anybody know whats wrong?

Try reseating all your IDE connectors

And if that doesn't work, make sure that you didn't accidently bump around a jumper on your hard drive.
