I want to use following setup as a divx/mp3 box

----------------------------------
Asus Tusl2-m
Celeron 1.1A
Slimline DVD
Laptop HD
150W PSU
Custom Plexi Box
----------------------------------

I would like to cool the CPU passively and run it at
11x66 = 726. I want to use a lower voltage than
the default (1.5V). Since the bios doesn't support this
I will need a voltage mod of some kind. Can anyone
help me with this.

sad to see no one helping you out here :(

im not sure how hot these run since my p3's are .18 and not the .13.

im gonna go out on a limb and say if your underclocking it that far, it should be ok for passive cooling granted you get a big hs.

zalman has a hs (the flower) for passive cooling that you might want to check out. im not sure it it fits on socket 370 though.

mp3's and divx use little processing power so i dont expect the processors to be pushed too hard.

as for voltage mods i have no clue. hopefully another member will chime in on that.

Have you updated the BIOS ? I'm not sure about the -M
model, but I know the TUSL2-C needs a bios update for
the voltage changes to work. And if you plan on overclocking
it, you need a hacked bios from x-86secret.com I think it is.

Perhaps there is a hacked bios for your MB out there somewhere
that will help you with this....
