any way to test if a peltier is at the right wattage

can i use some meter to test the wattage that the peltier is running at i just wanna make sure its running at the rated 226w.
and if so then what meter do i need

are you in the right section? I realy dont knwo the answer other then whip out the Multi Meter and check the lines- it should tell you whats being drawn.
