Which monitor better and why?

Please help me compare 21" or 22" monitors:
SONY E-530, MITSUBISHI 220B(+100$),
MITSUBISHI 2060u(+200$).

I primarily interested in most clear or sharp look for the text
at 1600 resolution. Than Geometry and else everything also important.

Can some one charactirize what strong and weak sides of
this monitors,
why their prices is so different, and does addition of price
cited above worth it's quality plus some size 21" to 22" addition?
Is it great addition visually?

If you want to have a sharp and clear look, then you should go with an TFT. Be aware of the resolution, cause 1280*1024 isn't 4:3 so you better get 1280*960, cause that's 4:3. (for example)

Everybody must know that TFT is for people who want to pay for
originality, for exaple I can recomment tham to make a walls
of building made of TFT, due to their total quality.(bad colors and angle and ...)
Origonals please consider this for theor purposes, other please
consider CRT.
