Is the Swiftech MC-371 worth it?

I'm planning to buy a heatsink-fan combo for my processor. At $100 bucks, is the Swiftech MC-371 worth the investment?

I reached 133 MHz FSB speed without increasing my voltage. And unless I can underclock the PCI bus I won't try to increase the FSB. I have available 150 but I haven't dare, yet.....
