ALPHA 6035 Installation HELP!!!!

I am trying to install my ALPHA 6035 Heatsink (with a Delta 38 fan) onto my AMD Socket A 1.3GHz CPU and I just CAN'T figure out how to get the clip to work. I really don't want to force it and break my CPU in the process since this is my first time installing a heatsink. If anyone could post some pics or tell me a good website that has EASY to follow instructions it would be great!

*I can't figure out the instructions that came with them, the drawings just don't help :(

Start with the wire side of the clip, hook it under one lug and rock it down till it's flat on the chip and then with your finger, push the metal tab down onto the other lug and clip it under the second lug. I would suggest practicing without the chip in there till you get good at putting it on there, then put the chip in and clip it on.
