How to mount Dtek blocks... is this how? no instructions to be found anywhere

is this how you are supposed to mount the dtek TC4? (spiral has same mounting system also)

the parts i have for mounting are screws thumb screws springs metal washers and plastic washers. there was no instructions anywhere.

I'm not sure but I think the metal washer goes on top of the spring.

that doesnt make sense tho wouldnt that just push the screw through the mobo because it doesnt have anything to support it?
