Removing stock fan and Overclocking...

Anyone have any hints or tips to help me take off the stock fan on my GF3 Ti500 to put on a crystal orb? Also, what are the best programs out their that let me overclock my card? Thanks:D

If it has the push pins smash them together in the back and push through. If not stick it in the freezer for about 15 mins in a anti static bag then take it out of the bag and place a credit card under the heat sink and take a small straight blade screw driver and pop it off. Go over to the guru (http://www.guru3d.com) and pick up RivaTuner.
