This question has come up a few times recently, and I recall seeing a post in the "Tips and Techniques" section of the front page concerning this, including pics, that was posted by Skip. I keep referring to this post, but can no longer find it.
It's quite possible, that this link here, is what I was thinking of, and found it the same time as the one from Skip here.
I found this sifting back through the old news articles on the front page here;

This is a really good explanation, of how to remove those retainers that hold on the P/// hsf, without damaging them. Decent pics, too.
This is what I remeber seeing months ago....has to be.
If you're getting a new hsf for a P///, this is a really good thing to read....
