Why yes it does, and considering it takes out 2 slots as well ;) Yeh, it is exhaust, people thought it was intake. But wouldn't that be a PITA to mod or there's probably no way to mod it?
notice the specs say 64mb ddr. i'll stick with standard cooling, and 128mb ram

i was gonna buy it til i saw 3 things.. 64mb of mem, its the regular mem not the bga, and the blower covers up the memory.. So theres no point to this card inless your looking for a cooler case temps and a cheap but good card. they should have made it cover the memory also. Bad design, and was probly rushed out. im sure if they sell alot the'll revise the design :-/
ok dont shoot me but whats bga mean? I not the biggest reader on details...thx

not all sure about them (as i still own a ti500 ;) ) But there those new Square memory chips like they use on the 8500 and the newer gf4 cards. i just believe there faster and run cooler but not 100% sure.

Ball Grid Array
bassically instead of having those connectors that stick out of the side, they put the connectors under the chip, and make em super small so they dont have to power em much, and dont make much heat.....
Ball Grid Array ram = teh good
