I sent my computer in on an rma....it originally had a memory problem and originally had 512 ddr ram....well those @#*(##$#s sent me back a computer with 512 mb of pc133 ram.
Well when i sent it too them i had just formatted both harddrives, so they never ran an os on it.
Well now I've tried installing winxp pro...no go get the bsod.
tried win me....installation goes fine until the detecting hardware then errors and bsod all over the place.
tried win 95 ....installs fine until it wants to run for the first time then i get windows protection fault, please restart your computer. It does that about 9 of 10 times, the other time it will let safe mode boot all the way. But what is the good of a computer running win 95 in safe mode on every 9th try of booting?
