Gainward, eVGA, MSI, PNY, or LeadTek; <--- They are practically the same, differing only in there connection types, software packages, and included accesories.

I'm very happy w/ the overclockability and stability of my MSI GF4 TI4200.

You might want to state what version you want 64mb or 128mb
I just got the Gainward GoldenSample 128mb 4ns and have it completely stable @ 315/580 with stock cooling..memory goes to 590 but starts getting artifacts when it heats up..I heard the 64mb GoldenSample 3.3ns is getting up to 600.........Stay away from the 64mb 3.5ns Gainward I already returned two of them because of the PSOD (Pink Screen Of Death)

just get the cheapest one, the performances are all pretty close.

I definitely have to disagree..maybe GPU wise (even so some use a older core which doesn't OC as well) But memory makes a big difference just like in motherboards ..now you wouldn't put cheap memory in your motherboard and expect good performance would you?? ;)

11 different G4 Ti4200's in a comparo (http://www.bench-house.com/article.php?oliver=0&sid=103&pop=DoP&form22=+Go%21+)
am i the coolest or what? I'm in the process of readin it now, just wanted to get it on here before anyone else did so I can feel proud of myself for contributing.
Towards the end of the article they compare overclocked versions of each and show how well they do in comparison, the 64 MB still beat the 128's when both are overclocked, but the Microstar (MSI) looks nice as far as an overclocked 128 MB, so I'll probably look for that one soon.
