I placed an order with www.plycon.com , and after 4 days of waiting I didn't get a reply. I emailed them 3 times and still no response. I'm getting a >bit< mad    . I didn't think they wouldn't respond because I placed a $1000 order from them about 2 months ago ,wired them the money and received it ok.
I can't order from the regular check out form , because I live in cyprus, so I have to order with email.
What do you think I should do? Keep emailing them, until I get a response?
Thanks for reading this

Luckily I did not get charged. It's a pity (sp?) since I had my previous order taken care REAAAAAAALLY fast.

Can anyone of you recommend a site (similar to plycon : cooling and preferably hardware, that >CAN< ship international ? (and accepts wire-transfers).
Thank you very much

I have ordered a few times from Tony(Plycon). I think that he is the best out thier. I wouldnt feel right recommending anyone else. the best bet is to call for he doesnt check his email exept once in the morning....it is just him and his wife that run the store. good luck..and i would give them another chance if you can.

I once had a problem with Plycon. I didnt get part of an order. I called him up and he promptly sent me the missing part. Tony seems like a great guy to me!
Heatsinkfactory.com is a very good place also. I've had good luck with them, but I am not sure if they will accept international orders or wire transfers. Its worth a try though.

I agree with you guys he is GREAT. It's just that he could at least reply to 1 of my 3 emails. I always recommended them to my friends, but now i'm having second thoughts. I can't call him since I live far far away (look to the left of this post). ;-) I'll try emailing him 1 last time.
>EDIT< OK it's final: Tony rocks. Turns out that they were closed on the day I ordered and didn't see my email. I got a reply from him, and now I can once again recommend them as THE store to buy from (if you want your products neatly packed then it's them) :D

did you make sure to check their front page. They seem to go out of town a lot. Half the time I go to check on ordering something from them I dont' because they say they won't get to the order for a week.
I went to visit my Uncle in June and found out that I can throw a rock from his house and hit Plycon. Anyways, make sure you find out if they're out of town or not before you bash them ;)
edit: just read back and noticed that you said he was closed that day ;)
Have you tried calling them? http://www.plycon.com/contact.htm
