IMHO, the MSI, as they are the (seemingly) best OCers and comes with lots of software and accesories. :)

My Vote is MSI...only read good things about it..plus I have one:D
the leadtek comes with ramsinks or whatever they're called, so if i wanted to heavily overclock the msi would i have to go out and buy some? :burn:

From what I read, the MSI has the best stock cooler around...so in most reviews you will see the msi card O/C'ing a little more than the other cards. I think if you have good air flow in your case than there would be no worries...but hey, extra H/S's for you card would be nice and help w/ those extreme temps..cause she will get warm O/C'ed or not!
Hope that helps....Must My opinion:D

That leadtek looks like it has some mighty fine cooling on it...I read that MSI has a very good stock cooler for a GF4, but that Leadtek looks better.
Any reports on it's cooling and performance vs the msi 4200?
