Advice on relevant mobo, mem etc

Ok.
I'm buying a XP2100+ cpu and a 4600i vid card but have an abit kt7a1.0 mobo with Via kt133 and 512 pc 133 ram. Would you recommend a new mobo and DDR memory. At present i'm running a 1600+ and a Gf3 Ti 200. if I managed to get the 2100+ running would the my existing mobo hold these babies back noticably.

It depends, what do you want to do and how much money do you have? I would buy DDR.

yeah i think i would go with a new MB also the DDR will give a bit of a performance boost, wich is always nice.
