DRAM Clock Speed...

I did a search on this topic, but I'm still a little confused. I'm running a KX7-333R with Corsair PC3200 CAS 2.

Right now, I have everything in my BIOS maxed out for performance except for the DRAM clock speed. Its set to SPD right now, but is it ok to bump it to 166? Would this be ok even though my FSB is set @ 172 right now?
