Grr Gaming problem

I have been having problems in AC2 Beta, just curious if anyone can spot whether the problem is with AC2 , or my computer :). Everytime I play, after about 15 minutes the game will close and I will either go to a error message in a white box with the ignore, or close option, or I wioll go to the blue screen with another error message. I played UT2003 for about an hour, and none of this happened, everything was fine. My friend that plays it with WINxp doesnt have this problem, could it be win98 and ac2 compatibility problems? thanks

Sounds like your system to me. If you're overclocked, drop back to stock and see if it'll go.

not overclocked, runnign a p41.6 @stock with the hsf it came with.

not sure, is there a program that will put my cpu to full load?

i think its temps, While playing Cpu was at 53C. I dont have any thermal paste on the HSF either. I think im gonna get a new HSF and some artic silver. Whats a good cheap HSF (under30$). Remember im not overclocking. But this mini tower cheapo case w/o airflow is hurting me :(
