i had a big piece of 1/8" copper stock laying around so i drew up a quick plan, made a list of the pieces i needed cut and had a machine shop cut it up - cost $25. then i soldered the whole thing together, took it to the belt sander to make it nice and pretty and borrowed the nylon bolt/spring mounting idea from the MAZE 2
