I've always been really curious about the whole Linux thing, and like most people I hate Microsoft, but I dont know anyone using any version of Linux that I could get the feel of. So, I thought it would be neat to load the latest version of Mandrake (I like the Penguin, thats the only reason I picked this one in particular), and setup a dual boot configuration on my win 2k pro. BUT, I dont have the install cd for windows so how can I do this?

Also, is this a good way to take a tour of Linux? I'm a fast learner and with a graphical interface it cant be too hard to get the hang of it right?

i think you can install it in windows to a folder so you dont risk destroying windows. pop the mandrake cd in while in windows and take the tour
