win98 wont hold GF2 GTS drivers

Hey I have a win98 machine and for the life of it I cannot get it to hold the vid drivers. I have tried the newest dets and like the 28.34 dets(not exactly sure) and the Omega drivers. Its on a triboot machine with via 4 in 1 installed and both other Os(NT and XP have no prob). Its a VP6 dual board. Anyone run across this?

By any chance are you using a plet on your cpu? Kinda sounds like what happen when mine leaked on to my AGP slot.

Thanks for the reply, no thats not it caus its a tri-boot and NT and Xp both hold it fine.
