Look at the temps I came home to today. Man this heat is gonna kill my computer.
Watercooled with an 85 watt Peltier on there and still over 40c. Jeeeze.
I hear ya. The temps where I live are getting warmer and I'm already starting to get lockups. I cant wait for my watercooling to come.
It hit 90 outside my Central Kalifornia home. Did a trial run using a generator to power my home office and swamp cooler. Kept my system at 27 C and CPU at 32. I think I am going to make it through both the summer heat and power outages.
You are going to need more than an 85 watt pelt. When my replacement KT7A-R arrives, I will go back to a 172 watt pelt or two and possibly one of Steve's cooling towers.
