MWave has treated me well

My 2nd Epox 8k3a+ has just developed a memory slot problem, same as the first one. Called MWave today where I bought it and they RMAed it with no problems what so ever. Same as they did the first. Since this was my second failure of this particular board, they let me switch to a 8k5a2+ for the difference in their current cost (a few $s more).

Got to say MWave's costumer service has treated me very fairly. I've done a lot of business with Newegg but I've got to start considering MWave more often. :beer:

Yes I agree. Newegg is great but they are not the only game in town. I have bought from mwave a couple times and got good service also SVC is another good reseller though they never seem to get you a tracking #. I just bought a AX-7 and a blue orb from SVC and saved $4 on price and $7.30 on shipping as compared to newegg. It is worth it to shop around.
