my Task Manager is screwed up in Win2k

ok...when i do CTRL+ALT+DEL and select Task Manager, all I see is list of tasks, and the status (i.e. "running", etc..)

I dont have any of the tabs at the top of the Task Manager. Hell, I dont even have the X in the top right corner to close it. I have to ALT+F4 to close it.

It has no label in the task bar, either. What is wrong with my Task Manager?

put the mouse on the border of the task manager window and double click.
