I just broke into the TOP 100 and crossed the 1500 POINT milestone mark today. :D  It has taken several months and a few upgrades to my computers to reach this point. I never thought I would make the top 100 when I first started.
Now comes the really hard part - continuing to move up and keep from getting pasted. Hopefully I will have 2 more computers up and running in the next 2-3 weeks. :burn:

Congratulations, that is quite an accomplishment.
Now the real challenge begins, staying in the top 100...
I am at 94th place and it seems my weekly production is only 96th overall.
I am hoping to add a proc or two myself, just to stay in the top 100. At one point many months ago my production was in the top 50 but we have had an influx of BIG farms which is great for the team.
We will beat the [H] one day...:burn:
Great job...KEEP ON FOLDING!

GAA!!! I've been trying to catch up with you for a while now, and I would have passed you yesterday, but everything went wrong on my three main rigs! (none of which are 24/7 :( )
1. On the XP1700+@1572 at my dad's office, when it tried to connect to the net, it got an "invalid username/password" and when that happens, it doesn't retry. Since this is the plotter server, as long as they can plot from it, no one checks it. Lucky for me, I checked it last night. Not only did it not dial in, it was frozen. Ugg.
2. On the XP1600+@1627.5 at my dad's office, it had restarted for some reason, and was scandisking itself in an endless loop.
3. On my personal rig (XP1600+) when I plugged in the pump yesterday morning, I heard a grinding noise, so I just left that off. So I only had the slow rigs folding yesterday. (A900, A650, and A550@605 :( )
I'll get you tonight, though. :burn:
Congratulations! :D

Charles, I know how you feel. About a week and a half ago, I had 2 of my rigs go down while I was out of town. Luckily, they were only down for about 2-3 days before I got them back up, but it seemed like an eternity at the time.
Folding long time pays off as well as adding rigs... I've been folding from February with only two rigs and I'm 60th with 2500points... (ok, I'll fall if ppl add TOO many rigs :p

I had a feeling that you might get me before I could get another rig up and running. :( I thought I was going to get another Tualatin rig up last night, but I ran into problems and it will probably be sometime this weekend before I have it running.
I'm not giving up, so watch out. :D ;)

YOU FELL !~!~!~!~!
I called you out a day ago with 9 others I am chasing. It took adding 5 gigs of power to run up on you and the 9 in front of ya but with a total of 8.3 gigs I am sure I will be passing many in the next 30 days....FOLD ON PEOPLE

Dude, that's scary :) Quite an accomplishement. Well, I might consider replacing my duron if I'd start slipping away from top100...

Well, I got my third Tualatin rig running and my production is up to 137 pts/week (43rd on team 32). However, it appears that CharlesNF must have got all of his rigs up and running also. His production is up to 169 pts/week (33rd).
It appears that I won't be keeping up with you Charles, but keep on FOLDING.

Hmmm....I have a strange feeling that all of my computers decided to turn in a bunch of p180s or p182's all at once. I only have 3 decently fast computers (my XP1600+, an XP1600+@1627.5, and an XP1700+@1572), the latter 2 at my dad's office, with the 1700+ doing 24/7. The others are an A650 and an A550@605---those two are pretty slow, I think that they just turned in their p180's at the same time. :) It only takes them about 3 days or something. :rolleyes:To tell the truth, I'm not sure how long it takes them, lol. ;)
Oh well, I'm not complaining. :) Hopefully I'll be able to put it back on the A900, too. It kept crashing, and the second that my dad took it off, it stopped crashing. Probably a heat problem; that computer doesn't have the best HSF combination.

WTG!! Keep up the good work! Remember the faster ur comps runs,, the faster they fold! And cold weather is comin,, crank em up!!
I started folding on Sept 13th (or thereabouts) and honestly I looked at that top 100 and thought "Good lord , how in the heck will I ever get that many points"
I am now averaging around 300pts/week across 14 rigs (most running 24/7 with some use during daytime hours) and moving rapidly towards that top 100. It would appear that I am going to be in some good company upon arrival. Fold on all, the life you save may be your own!

Welcome to TEAM 32, Shad!!! We can always use a new power folder to help us catch the OC Australia team and the [H]ardOCP team. BTW, how did you get 14 rigs folding?

Thanks for the welcome Edward. I was enticed by the contest for the free puter, and upon researching a little farther found that I was actually feeling pretty good about contributing to such a worthy cause. So in addition to my home rigs, I got a bunch of the guys who work for me in the support center to load the client on their computers, so that helps quite a bit since they only use the systems for 8 or 9 hours a day while working and then they just fold the rest of the time. My team is taking quite a bit of pride in my (our) performance for Overclockers.com and usually want to know a daily update on how I am doing. Course I got some ubergeek points when I explained that I wanted to load a DC client on their computers for this project and I was actually terribly excited about getting more clock cycles for it. All said I have about 21 GHZ worth folding at any given time. Anyways, thats my story, with any luck I will break the 1000 mark here in a few days...

It has been quite a while since this thread was active, but I thought I would point out that I finally re-passed CharlesHF.
Edward2 = 2759 pts
CharlesHF = 2719 pts.
CharlesHF, what happened? Your production seems to have dropped off lately. Are you having problems with some of your rigs? Not that I mind passing you, but I don't want to do it that way.

Edward2----I don't know. I haven't been down to my dad's office lately (where 4 of my 5 rigs are) to check on them---only one of them runs 24/7, too. :( And sometimes it disconnects itself from the net and refuses to get back on, even though I have F@H set to get it automatically, etc. Stupid Spring Win POeT program.
Anyway.......I have ~6.03GHz, of which 1.2 sux0rs--
me: XP1575
office 24/7: XP1572
office 2: XP1628
office 3: A550@605 (thanks to me :) )
office 4: A650
Used to have an A900 but it kept crashing and my dad made me take it off--soon as it was off it was fine. I think it was heat but he doesn't want to get a new HSF.
Thanks for the concern, though :)

I'm glad to hear that you are not having any serious problems. Hopefully we can continue to push one another up the ranks for awhile.
On a side note, I noticed that my former work computer (I was laid off last week) still seems to be turning in WU's based on my point production. I left the computer on when I left last week, and I guess no one has bothered to turn it off yet. I did turn off the monitor and the num-lock light on the keyboard, hoping that no one would notice it was still running.

Jeez! some of you guys must be rich! I hope to just get in the top 250. I can't add more rigs, i'm a poor college student. Once I get out you guys better watch out though ;)

Flash, you could always try to talk some of your college buddies into Folding with you. Several of you combined could easily make it into the top 100.

Yeah, i've tried to get a few of them to start but they didn't keep with it only did it for a week or so. They would turn it off while playing a game, and i told them it wasn't neccesary, and then they would never turn it back on. Maybe if i showed them that link with the benchies it would be a different story. I'll have to give it a shot.

Install it as a 'scheduled task'. That way they shouldn't even see it running. Unless they have real problems with the games they play, they won't even know that is on or off.
If they have problems with it then you can show them how to turn off the service...
Somewhere here on this forum is a good instruction set on how to set up F@H as a service on almost any OS.
Good luck...

Haha, my dad let me put F@H on his TBird 1.4. :D I also replaced the A550@605 with an A800, so I'm now up to 8.525 GHz of AMD power. :D
I'm coming for you, Edward2! ;)

I'm glad to hear that you have been able to increase your production, but it means that you now have more Folding power than I do. :(
And I thought I was doing good to get another Tualatin rig (#5)up and running this past weekend. It looks like I am going to have to swap out some of my Tualatin rigs for XP rigs sooner than I had planned.

Hehe, yeah. ;)
Wedo was nice enough to give me a TBird 1.4 (AYHJA) :D I haven't gotten it up and running yet, but whenever I get a new mobo (probably the Epox 8RDA+) I'll put that into my current mobo and leave it running F@H 24/7.
What's interesting is, Ed2 broke 100th at 1500 points. I'm at 2130 and still 117th, I will have to get 2500 at least, to break into the top 100.
Oh well, I'll have to add another box just to stay there.

Skou, it is definitely getting harder and harder (or atleast takes longer) to break into the Top 100, because the current people in the Top 100 keep adding more and more rigs. Keep up the good work and keep adding more rigs when you can.

I will never break into the top 100 without a job. Therefore, I must get a job. In the meantime, I'll just have fun annihilating my friends.
