Ive got the abit IT7. Does everyone else get the undervoltage problem?

Whos done the wire mod to get more vcore? If I screw it up is there a chance that it can fry anything? Also say I just run my northwood at 1.7 actual bios and 1.725 setting, because my board undervolts. Would my chip still be safe?

seems pretty safe how can it be screwed up??? If the wire touches other pins?

yea i would say if there is a chance of it conncting other pins then dont try it. use extra thin wire and take your time. its not too hard but im sure the problems of connecting the wrong wires are less than wonderfull
