I'm pretty sure my 1700+ is agkga, and I can't get a whole lot out of it either, a better stepping may help you get a little higher

One of my XP chips was an agkga- I no longer remember which:rolleyes: but out of 5 I've had (3 are still working) one of them was that stepping.
And the only one that really overclocks well is the agoia Y 0213 XP1600:)
So while I wouldn't say its a BAD chip, it isn't one of the better XP steppings.

wow 1800mhz with a AGKGA is quiete a feat!
most max out at around 1720mhz at the most. nice job.

thanks:)
I'm pretty sure w/ a little bit of gentle prodding, I could get my AGKGA 1800+ to 1.63 or 1.73 Ghz, but I just don't have the time (or the patience, or the cooling :)) to try.

oni what is it at now??
As an overclockable stepping it isn't the best. However, every overclock is good because you are getting free mhz for free ;) But then again, 1.8ghz out of an AGKGA. . . That's something you don't see everyday ;)
I use to have an 1800+ AGKGA "Y". It had a CoolerMaster HHC-001 Heatpipe and AS2 on it. Got it to 1.72 stable as a rock. That's about all though.

1575. It's not the Mhz that make it good, though. It's the bus. I'm running 10.5*150. I'ma try to take it higher now that it's getting cooler out. Running Folding@Home right now the load temp is 46c according to my Compunurse.
Damn, 1800!
The most I could get out of my 1800+ AGKGA Y was 1701MHz. Sure, the AGKGA stepping isn't the greatest for overclocking, but 1800MHz is still damn good.

I have a Old Skoo 1600+ AGKGA and my max I have ever got out of it wa 1.650 @ 1.85 volts That is as good as thay get.
One hell of a job with the overclock though 1.8 on a AGKGA ns
