ive posted this before and im still confused:

when my system is overclocked my 3dmark scores dropped, why did this happen i thought they were supposed to go up?!?!?!?

My system:

athlon xp 1800+ @ 142X11.5
2X256 pc 2700 ram
soundblaster live
geforce 2 32mb mx 200

first of all, did you change anything? was everything at default? no vsync nor aa?

possible that the agp dosn't like to be overclocked.

im kind of a newbi do you mean 3dmark settings? if yes then i ran both tests exactly the same

its cause your memory bandwith efficiency is going down. set your memory to aggressive timings in the bios. if you are only runnin 142mhz on 2700ddr then it can def take them. set the timings to 2-4bandk-2-5-2-2-1t

i tried changing the memory timmings like you said but my sys would not even boot so i set them back
