I'm from Canada (Quebec in fact.) I wanted to buy a watercooled case as fast as possible because i just got some vacations and i know i must do it now. So after 5 months of reading forums and specs and fan cfm and all the things o/cers do, i was decided about the QPower. I called www.NTCW.com and they told me the delay for the command was 2 weeks and 2 days for delivery. Now i was down; i could not take that because i must redo my machine now. I could have bought a normal case for 2-3 weeks and upgraded to QPower but the case changing process and leek testing and all takes time and in 3 weeks, i will work hard and have little free time...

So i took my second choice: Koolance. I know, don't laugh, it's not powerful but it's sufficient for what i need : quietness. I'll just take that IT7 and use the 3:4 memory ratio and overclock just a little bit. The advantages of my choice are:
1) The guy (www.mutepc.net) selling me the stuff is in my town (Trois-Rivieres)
2) He always responded to my email questions in 1-6 hours, even the weekend; that is service!
3) He is near if there are problems; he will send it to me for FREE because the delivery is local!
4) I will have more time to play Unreal tournament 2003!!

I don't throw DIY watercooling away!!! In fact, i will very slowly get me another system and mount it myself, taking my time. The Koolance stuff is only to play Now. I will have:
pc2-601, gold 200W CPU waterblock, video card waterblock, harddrive waterblock (yes, that weird thing!), akasa sound dampening carpet, 2 papst fans at 12dBA, round cables and all that... I will use a Antec 430W true power, homefully having an overall silent system at mode 1.

Did somebody try to replace the Ruilian Science Koolance fans with 3 papst at 12dBA? I wonder if running it at mode 3 with these papst could make even less noise and still have an acceptable performance for a non-overclocked system? Anyway i will begin with the stock fans and i'll hear if the resulting "quietness" is to my taste.

I will receive the pc2-601 monday but my Antec PSU will be comming only 2 days later! I have a question for Koolance owners:

If i leak test the Koolance with an ordinary 300W PSU, will it be easy to change the PSU when i receive the antec without having to empty and refill it?

I think i'll have to wait at least 1 day because my motherboard and CPU and memory will arrive only tuesday and i want to make sure the tubing is put at the right angle, to avoid dangerous constraints that could cause leaks later... I'm a little bit paranoid about water but i think some successful watercooling will cure it :)
