I was wondering peoples opinions on Hard Drive bay coolers and RAM heat sinks, has anyone noticed an improvement in performance or stability using these ? As when i touch my RAM or Hard Disks they dont seem to be warm.. So are these items worth getting ?

read here (http://forums.overclockers.ws/forums/UltraBoard.cgi?action=Read&BID=5&TID=10666&SID=56839) for my view on hardrive cooling

as for ram cooling, it does have some benefit, some people claim to be able to get an extra 10-15% increase in speed with ramsinks but I don't feel that ram is at the point where it needs cooling yet, I know the bx board has thermal throttling protocols for ram where by if a ceratin amount of information is written in a ceratin amount of time then it is throttled to very slow speeds, this isn't triggered by temp just the information written (so must happen more often at higher speeds)
