Do these (http://www.inflowdirect.com/systemcooler.html) blowers that fit in your PCI slot help lower you temps a lot just wondering?

These blowers are used to reduce your case temps which in turn would lower your CPU temps. I would use this to cool a video card.

These things do work. But they die quickly. Better to put the $10 toward a Card Cooler.

Ok thanks i'm getting a hercules GeForce 3 they come with the card cooler already installed so I think I'll get one anyways to fill up my last slot in the back of my comp.
