globalwin vos32 or alphap3125 , you make the choice

i need a new hsf which one is the best , i am running a p3700@1015 using a vantec pd350 but i want my temp to get lower than the high 40's . if any one out there got either one of these i would like some infor pleeeeease

I use a GW VOS32 on my PIII 700, although I can't get it above 868 on my P3V4X for anything. It idles at 69F and gets up to 86F under a full load. I have no complaints about the GW, and comparisons I had read at the time I bought it showed the GW and the Alpha performed roughly the same but the GW was cheaper.

Room temp 20 c board temp 30 c cpu 32c idle 38 full load.
But a little loud.
