I've been noticing a nice trend over at www.statsman.org . We are steadily closing the production gap between us and overclockersaustralia :) . It is still around 3000 points a week but a few days ago / maybe one week ago when David mentioned it we were 4000-5000 points behind per week . Some of our daily totals actually outstrip them .

I wrote this post to inspire us to continue the folding ....... continue to close the gap ahead and widen the one behind ( Rage3d )

Peace to that. Next time I'm at a computer show I'll pick myself up a cheap mobo, and that's all I'll need to set myself up with another folding box :D

Also, what would fold better, a Celeron 433 or a Pentuim 2 400? I think the Celery's faster cache would offset the slower bus and much smaller cache size, but it'd be nice to know if someone could tell me for sure. Of course, if all I can get is socket 370 then I'll be using the Celeron, but if I have the choice it'd be useful to know.

with folding fpu/clock speeds is all that really matters.....the Celery will be superior :)...and yes we shall close the gap :).....i was quite dissapointed when people started leaving just because Rage3d was no longer on our backs....what happened to how??? anywayz?

Ya, as soon as I can scrounge up the coin to get my Tt case, I will get my 900 AMD back up and folding. Every little bit helps right

IT is great to see all the new faces around here and it is just awesome to be a part of a team with such great members. I really encourage all of you to stop by the IRC room (see the FAQ sticky for details) as most of us have really gotten to know each other there. IT is fun to just kick back and talk with your fellow folders and overclockers.

Great to see the numbers going up and will be even more exciting as they keep rising. Just remember, every single folder makes a difference, whether you can get a massive farm up and going or 1 computer, that 1 computer will make a huge difference.
