you need tv-in, which is one Radeon DVI's and tvtuners. Also, to put in your signature, click up top on usercp and the user settings or profile, im not sure which

there are many external video capture devices with image quality going from decent to excelent, you could check fot these ones at www.tigerdirect.com (I don't know how this company works, I never bought for them, I just use to check products) http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/Category/category_slc.asp?Id=2806

well i have a ge f 4 4600 and it hase a video adapter i just dont know how to set it up or use it, i do have the adapter plug

your gf4 has tv in or just tv out? if it has tv in it should come with tv capturing/editing software, wich brand/model is it?

You probably have a video out jack on your Ti 4600. So you would need a video capture card, or an ATI All In Wonder card.
