Ok, I'm novice to what it all means, but I don't know much of anything besides what I've read on how to do it.
I followed the sticky guide on thie forum, since the example the person used was closest to my computer setup. Well, I can set my multiplier to a higher limit, but never my FSB. Even if I set it up just by one, my computer will still turn on, the dvd drive will run, but no picture will show.
My thought was my video card, but I can't think of any reason why this would be happening.
Anyways, any response is a good response. Thanks. :)

I assume when you are running at default everything is OK? Also changing your multiplier in the BIOS will not make any actual difference as your chip is not unlocked.

Should be the other way around if the processor is still locked. You can move the fsb but not the multiplier. Check again and let us know.:)

Good, you have help. I am out of here then. Take Care :)
