Officially, no, unofficially, possibly. It would depend on the quality of your board. Asus has traditionally been known to make boards with exceptional headroom so I'm guessing it would just take a bios update to allow it to run the 3.06 GHz P4. Although keep in mind, you will be running the board out of spec.
