cheap @$$ Fanbus?

Is there a cheap fanbus for my CASE FANS I can buy, or build. Building is preferable, so I can customize. but, I was thinking for like 10 bux, doesn't have to be fancy, LED's no necesary, just functionable, for like 5 fans.
